How to track an order that’s been shipped?
If a tracking number is available and an email address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an automated email from either UPS, USPS, FedEx, DPD, or DHL with your tracking number once the order ships. You can retrieve your order information by logging into your account on the website.
We can’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
There’s no concrete list of restricted countries, but for now, we can’t ship to Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically depending on world events.
What’s the estimated delivery time?
Our average order fulfillment takes 7–21 business days.
But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:
- Products being out of stock
- Supply chain delays
- Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions
- Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.
